Reindeer Toile de Jouy engravings in red and white monotone teamed with Nordic folk braid designs make for sophisticated cards and gift printables
Toile means "cloth" in French and “Toile de Jouy,” refers to fabric that was first manufactured in 1760 at a factory in the village Jouy-en-Josas, near Versailles. The fabric was printed using copper plate engravings that depicted country scenes. Read more about Toile de Jouy in my blog article
I do my "toile" engravings on scraperboard and decided on a reindeer motif teamed with bold Nordic folk braids.

1) You will receive the digital craft set as downloads in zipped files
2) The printable graphics are in PDF format, or PNG format for the digital or hybrid scrapbooking.You will need an unzipping program like Winzip or similar for the PDFs. Your computer is bound to have some unzipping program installed. Documents in PDF format need Acrobat Reader to open. You can download Acrobat Reader for free.
3) The pages are in letter format with graphics positioned to also print on A4
4) You need a color printer to print the pages. Set printer quality to "best"
5) Suggested paper:
Matte photo paper like Canon 170gm which is especially for Arts and Crafts and plain paper for the paper projects. I also like Stora Enso cardstock which is the same bright white on both sides for double-sided printing.
